If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by ”support@vilopad.com“ and include your order number in the email.

 

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.
